Before making contact with the vehicle, a snow foam or citrus pre-wash is applied. This dwells on the surface to loosen heavy road grime and grit, meaning less physical friction is required during the contact wash phase.
Wheels often accumulate heavy brake dust. Dedicated, non-acidic wheel cleaners paired with soft brushes aim to gently agitate the dirt. Wheel arches are also flushed to remove mud and accumulated debris.
